What to expect each week on this blog. 


Hello everyone. I know that my first review was a bit sloppy, but don't worry my posts will get better starting this week. I just wanted to explain what I'll be doing here though every week and the breakdown of how I will compose each of my posts, just in case anyone new comes here and is confused. 


First off please note that I will color coat every song for the countdown and hitbound based on my opinions. Here's that color coat below. 

Purple-Best song on the countdown/Hitbound 10/10

Green-Green song 8-9/10

Blue-Solid/good song 7/10 

Pink-Decent/Ok song 5-6/10 

Red-Bad song 1-4/10 

Orange-Worst song on the countdown/Hitbound 0/10 


I get one pick from best and worst songs every week, so if you're new here and you come from the IG reviews of hitbound, just note that if for some reason I have multiple songs that are 0 or 10/10 on there, that only one of them will be highlighted purple here.

Neatness of posts, 

I know my first review wasn’t that neat but I’ll make sure to improve on that by making sure to put the word Debut next to anything that does debut and I’ll also make sure to write out the jumps/drops each song had for each week from the week previous. I didn’t do it for the first post because that was just me getting all of my song opinions out, but from now on I will start doing that. I also realize my grammar isn’t the best when I write, but I’ll do my best to improve on that. Also I know other bloggers here like to highlight artist and song names, but I won’t be doing that because it just messes me up when I’m writing out a post since it’s on a white page. I also just like the Gray text it’s easy to read and looks nice so I’ll just plan on using that. 

Time of posts 

People I know that this is fun and all, but I do have other things going on in my life besides this, like schoolwork hanging out with friends etc. I do listen to both the countdown and Hitbound every Saturday although I track what’s on Hitbound when the new episode premieres Friday nights through XMplaylist. With that being said I might not always post on Saturday’s just because sometimes things come up in my life, that are more important such as schoolwork, family things, friends wanting to hangout etc. with that being said my plan will be to try and get posts out on Saturday, but if for some reason they don’t come out on Saturday just check back anytime, and if your from IG I’ll update you on my story of when my posts do some out. Otherwise just wait and check back later. 

What does this mean for my IG page? 

I’ll still be posting monthly Hitbound reviewss to my IG page feel free to follow it treys_music_reviews. This just gives me a better layout for anyone who wants to follow the countdown regularly, and for anyone to track Hitbound and new songs I might review and for them to get maybe my preliminary opinions of those songs. My next review is set to be released October 7th for the Hitbound list of October 1st, if

Tiesto/Tate McRae(6): Week of April, 29th 2023

  Hello everyone and what’s up? I’m sorry this post is very late for me, but I’ve had a busy week this week with exams and celebrating the end of the semester plus a few birthdays. I’m happy to announce that I’m now done with school though and I’m off for a month and a half before I start two 6 week courses for Summer credits. Before we get into this weeks countdown though I have a few announcements. First, I will be gone May 12th-21st, so I won’t be reviewing the countdowns for the weeks of May 13th and May 20th in full, so I’ll catch up when I get back. Second I have some interest myself in hosting a rankdown. I was thinking it would be one for my top 40 songs of 2022. As y’all may know there were a lot of interesting songs on that list, and so I thought it’d be interesting to a rankdown for, so let me know what y’all think about that idea down in the comments or on Discord. Wow, this community is deserted. Why did I leave all of sudden with no word

  Hello there, is there still anyone  viewing this thing? Oh wait I’ve got some comments on a recent post of mine asking where I’ve been lately. Is he dead someone asks? No I’m not dead, lol, but I’ve been really distant from this place lately. I haven’t been posting the weekend countdown in 4 months(almost 5). shouldn’t I be doing that here every week? I should be, but I haven’t been. I guess this is the perfect time for an explanation.  First off, what happened here though? Like no one’s posting anything except for Hippo? ZestPond quit recently, I miss him and his blog already. What happened to the mice little community that reviewed Hits 1 every week that started back in 2013?
